Raspberry Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (3 oz.) pkg. raspberry jello
2 1/4 c. boiling water
1 (25 oz.) jar applesauce
1 c. cranberry juice cocktail
3 Tbsp. lemon juice
lettuce
Preparation

In large bowl, dissolve jello in boiling water.
Stir in rest of ingredients (except lettuce).
Pour into 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Refrigerate until congealed.
Serve on lettuce.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.
