Biroux(German Hamburger) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. lean hamburger
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. red crushed pepper
    salt
    pepper
    garlic clove, crushed
    1 pkg. \"Texas Size\" Rhodes frozen dinner rolls, thawed
    3 c. Mozzarella and Colby cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Brown hamburger meat and drain.
    Add spice and mix well.
    Add cabbage and onion and cook about 15 to 20 minutes.
    (May need to add a little water.)
