Chicken Continental - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 full boneless chicken breasts, cut in bite-size pieces
    1/3 c. seasoned flour
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 1/2 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. celery flakes
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 c. water
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Dust chicken with flour and brown in butter.
    Remove chicken. Stir seasonings, cream of chicken soup and water into drippings. Cook and stir to a boil.
    Spread Minute rice (right from box) in 1 1/2-quart shallow casserole dish.
    Pour all but 1/3 cup soup mixture over rice.
    Stir to moisten.
