Italian Beef - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. beef rump roast
    2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 tsp. onion salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    2 tsp. oregano
    2 tsp. anise seed
    2 c. beef bouillon
Preparation
    Put all ingredients in Dutch oven, covered.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 4 hours.
    Turn once midway through cooking.
    Cool, then slice. Great for company!
