Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak
2 cans tomato puree
2 green peppers
1 large onion
Preparation

Cut steak into 1 to 1/2-inch strips.
Brown in skillet, turning once.
Slice the peppers and onion.
Put on top of steak, then add puree and 1 can of water.
Simmer at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until tender.
