Blender Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 qt. ripe peeled tomatoes
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
2 bouillon cubes or 2 tsp. powdered bouillon
2 tsp. powdered basil
1 tsp. oregano
1 rounded tsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. dry parsley leaves
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground beef (optional)
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

In large blender container, blend tomatoes until smooth.
Pour some of tomatoes into another container if your blender is small. To half a blender container of pureed tomatoes, add all other ingredients and puree or blend until smooth.
If you like meat in your spaghetti sauce, brown the beef in a large skillet and drain grease.
Add other ingredients and simmer until desired consistency.
Serve over cooked, drained spaghetti.
Garnish with Parmesan cheese.
