Caribbean Fudge Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    3 eggs
    1 pkg. Baker's semi-sweet chocolate, melted (8 sq.)
    2 tsp. Maxwell House instant coffee
    1 tsp. rum extract
    1/4 c. flour
    1 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1/2 c. walnut halves
Preparation
    Beat butter and sugar in large bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add chocolate, coffee and rum extract; mix well.
    Stir in flour and chopped nuts.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Decorate top of pie with walnut halves.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 25 minutes in lower third of oven.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
    Serves 10 to 12.
