Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/3 c. milk
    peaches
    1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix margarine and brown sugar and set aside.
    To make syrup, mix sugar and water and cook a few minutes; set aside.
    Cut shortening into flour; add milk.
    Roll dough into a large rectangle.
    Spread brown sugar mixture over dough.
    Roll up jelly roll style.
    Slice dough into 1/2-inch thick slices and place over peaches and cinnamon.
    Bake in a 13 x 9-inch dish at 350\u00b0 until dough is done.
