Parmesan Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up fryer chicken
1 c. Club cracker crumbs
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
seasonings to taste (salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, celery salt, etc.)
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Remove skin from chicken, if desired.
Dip each piece in margarine.
Mix dry ingredients in a Ziploc bag and shake each piece to coat.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 to 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
