Jam Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3 Tbsp. cocoa (Hershey's)
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
    1 c. milk
    1 c. jam
    1 c. milk
    1 c. nuts
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. applesauce
Preparation
    Add dry ingredients in a large pan.
    Mix wet ingredients together.
    Combine all ingredients and mix well. Pour into 2 layer cake pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
