Mixed Pepper Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. white vinegar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium sweet red pepper
1 medium sweet yellow pepper
1 medium sweet green pepper
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation

Dice all peppers.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar is dissolved. Remove from heat.
