Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
1 pkg. French's Chili-O seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) Bush's chili hot beans
1 (15 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped and undrained
1 can V-8 juice
cayenne pepper to taste
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Brown meat and onion; drain.
Add chili seasoning and stir well.
Add beans and tomatoes.
Add V-8 until desired consistency. Simmer for at least 15 minutes.
