Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. nuts
1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Mix sugar, flour, pineapple, baking soda and salt; pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Mix brown sugar, nuts and coconut; crumble on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with icing.
