Tomato-Tuna Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    water
    1/3 c. regular long grain rice
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 celery stalk, sliced
    1 small onion
    1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (6 1/2 to 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and flaked
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    In 2-quart saucepan, over high heat, heat 2/3 cup water to boiling. Stir in rice.
    Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes or until rice is tender and all liquid is absorbed.
