Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 c. ground coconut
1 box Swiss chocolate or German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box powdered 4x sugar
Preparation

Grease 9 x 13-inch pan.
Spread nuts and coconut in the bottom of the pan.
Mix cake mix as directed on box.
Pour cake mix over the nuts and coconut.
Melt margarine and cream cheese together in microwave.
Add powdered 4x sugar.
Spread over the cake mixture and cook all at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes.
