Quesadillas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chopped celery stick
    1 green pepper, cut into large pieces
    1 chopped onion
    2 peeled and chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. tomato sauce
    6 to 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    2 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    16 oz. salsa sauce
    flour tortillas
Preparation
    Place first 6 ingredients in large saucepan with enough water just to cover.
    Bring to boil, then lower heat.
    Continue cooking until water is reduced.
    Remove chicken and shred.
    Arrange flour tortillas on a large tray.
    Top each tortilla with chicken, Cheddar cheese and cream cheese.
    Top with another flour tortilla. Press gently together.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until cheese melts.
    Do not overbake or they will become hard.
    Cut each tortilla into 4 equal pieces.
    Top with salsa and serve.
