Spicey Low Fat Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. Skinned Chicken
    2 tbsp. Apricot All Fruit
    6 tbsp. Brown Mustard
    1 Bag White Boiled Rice
    1 Bag Mixed Vegetables
Preparation
    Mix apricot and mustard, brush over chicken to coat. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Cook rice as directed, also cook vegetables. Place rice on platter, put chicken on top of rice. Pour chicken juices on top.
    Place vegetables around rice.
