Fudge Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and cool. Spread on two 9-inch layers or 24 cupcakes.
