Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. melted butter
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice concentrate
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Pour melted butter over sugar and mix.
    Add eggs one at a time and beat until foamy.
    Add salt and lemon juice.
    Pour into pie shell and bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
