Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 tsp. baking powder
1 Tbsp. butter
1 egg
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. milk
2 c. flour
brown sugar and cinnamon

Preparation

Mix first 6 ingredients in bowl in order given.
Place in 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon to taste over top. Dot with additional butter.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 6 to 8 servings.
