Vidalia Onion Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 med. Vidalia onions
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp. paprika
salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. jar sliced mushrooms, drained
1 sm. can water chestnuts, drained
2 c. grated cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Put thin sliced onions in 13 x 9 casserole dish. Mix together all ingredients except crackers and margarine. Spread over onions. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
