Marinade For Beef Or Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. flat beer
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/8 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and marinate beef or pork.
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours before cooking.
    Yields 2 cups.
