Tamale Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    1/4 c. oil
    1 (16 oz.) can diced tomatoes
    1/4 c. green bell pepper, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1 (16 oz.) can pitted black olives, drained
    3/4 c. corn meal
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. Spanish seasoning or chili powder
    2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown onion in oil.
    Do not drain tomatoes or corn.
    Combine all ingredients.
    Bake in a greased 4-quart deep casserole, covered, for 50 minutes, then remove cover and bake 10 more minutes or until \"set\" at 350\u00b0.
