Country Fried Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

steak
1/2 c. Italian salad dressing
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. flour
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Cut steak into individual pieces and place in large bowl with Italian dressing.
Coat well.
Can be used right away or left to marinate.
When ready to make, coat with flour and fry in oil. Browning both sides, cook until done.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
