Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) can pineapple chunks (in its own juice)
    3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. pineapple juice
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Drain
    pineapple;
    reserve juice.
    Mix flour and sugar. Add juice.
    Add
    pineapple and cheese, mixing well.
    Put in a small (1 quart or 1 1/2 quart) casserole dish.
    Mix butter and crackers. Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes until brown.
    Good!!!
    Serves 6 to 8.
