Apple-Tuna Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head lettuce, chopped
2 c. diced apple
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin orange sections (1 1/3 c.)
1 (6 1/2 or 7 oz.) can tuna, drained and broken in large chunks
1/3 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation

In large salad bowl, combine lettuce, apple, mandarin orange sections, tuna and walnuts; toss together.
Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice; mix well. To serve, add dressing to salad; toss gently.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
