Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (16 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, chopped
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    8 oz. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 small onion, chopped
    3 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Cook broccoli.
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add soup, milk and cheese; cook over medium heat until cheese is melted. Add broccoli and cooked rice.
    Put mixture in a 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
