Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cornbread mix
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 can cream-style corn
2 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. oil
1 1/2 to 2 c. grated cheese
3 eggs, beaten
1 lb. ground meat
1 large chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped jalapenos
Preparation

Brown ground meat and season with onion and jalapenos.
Mix the remaining ingredients together.
Add meat mixture to the cornbread mixture.
Heat enough oil to cover bottom of casserole dish.
Pour mixture into hot oil.
Cook at 400\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
