Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oleo butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chopped onions
    2 cans chicken broth (14 1/2 oz.)
    4 c. cut up potatoes
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Melt oleo butter.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly.
    Add onions and cook until tender. Add broth and stir.
    Add potatoes, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to boil and cook 15 minutes (until potatoes are done).
    Stir in milk and heat thoroughly.
