Royal Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 egg whites, at room temperature
4 c. confectioners sugar (1 lb.)
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar

Preparation

In large bowl with electric mixer at high speed, beat all ingredients 7 to 10 minutes or until stiff peaks form.
Use immediately.
