Coconut Pie(Forms Its Own Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1/2 stick butter
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour, sifted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. coconut
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Combine flour and sugar.
    In a separate bowl, combine eggs, vanilla, coconut and milk.
    Grease a large pie plate with butter, then place remainder in the liquid mixture.
    Mix the liquid ingredients with the flour and sugar, then pour into pie plate. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, or until golden brown.
