Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 to 2 cloves garlic, crushed
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    3/4 c. oil
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 lb. fresh giblets
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. sliced celery
    3 to 4 green onions
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 jar chicken gravy
    1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
    1/4 lb. butter
    4 large onions, cut up
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3 to 3 1/2 lb. chicken, cut up
    1/2 c. water
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Tessie, my mother-in-law, prepared a few dishes which were quite special.
    It took a lot of effort to get the recipe, because Tessie did not measure things, but somehow they always came out great.
    The chicken in the recipe should be a fryer, fresh, with skin and bones.
    If your family does not like picking over the chicken, you can remove the skin and bones, but only after cooking.
