Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 1/2 c. sifted flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. nuts
1 c. raisins (optional)
1 c. grated raw carrots
Preparation

Stir sugar, oil and eggs to blend well.
Add sifted dry ingredients.
Mix in carrots and nuts.
Bake in greased and floured loaf pan 55 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until cake tests done.
