Bourbon Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. crushed vanilla wafers
    1 c. confectioners sugar
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
    2 Tbsp. light corn syrup
    1/4 c. bourbon
    1/2 c. sugar (granulated)
Preparation
    Mix together all ingredients, except granulated sugar.
    Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
    Roll balls in the granulated sugar. Place in covered container and refrigerate for a few days before serving for maximum flavor.
    Makes approximately 2 dozen.
