Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 c. tomatoes, peeled
    4 c. green peppers, chopped
    1 c. jalapeno peppers, chopped
    18 c. onions, chopped
    2 c. white vinegar
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. honey
    5 cloves garlic, chopped fine
Preparation
    Note:
    Need one (16 to 24-quart) kettle
    and pint jars.
