Crunch Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c vegetable shortening
dash salt
2 c sugar
6 eggs
1 t vanilla and 1 t almond extracts, or lemon, or 2 t vanilla
2 c all-purpose flour
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat at medium speed for 12 minutes.
Pour into a greased and floured large tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
