Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 chopped onion
    1 can mushroom soup
    8 oz. melted Velveeta cheese
    1 box frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    1 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Melt margarine; add onion and cook until clear.
    Add soup, cheese, broccoli and rice.
    Mix thoroughly; heat through.
    Pour into casserole and bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0, uncovered.
