Creamy Ginger Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) carton dairy low-fat sour cream
    1 to 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. honey
    2 Tbsp. candied ginger, finely chopped
Preparation
    In a small mixing bowl, combine sour cream, honey, lemon juice and ginger.
    Let stand at least 15 minutes to let flavors blend. The dressing will thicken slightly if refrigerated overnight.
