Cabbage And Spinach - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium head cabbage (about 2 lb.)
    5 oz. spinach (1/2 bag)
    2 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    With a sharp knife, core and coarsely shred cabbage.
    In Dutch oven over high heat, heat 2 tablespoons of salad oil.
    Add cabbage, salt and sugar and cook, stirring frequently, until cabbage is tender-crisp, about 5 minutes.
    Add spinach; cook 1 minute longer, stirring constantly.
