Potato Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. warm water
1 pkg. active dry yeast
2/3 c. sugar
1 c. lukewarm mashed potatoes
2/3 c. soft shortening
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, slightly beaten
6 to 7 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

In bowl, dissolve yeast in water.
Stir in sugar, salt, shortening and eggs.
Add potatoes.
Mix in flour, one cup at a time and beat with spoon after each addition until dough is easy to handle (use only enough flour to be able to handle dough).
You will work in additional flour while kneading.
Turn onto lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic.
Place in greased bowl and cover with damp cloth.
This dough will keep several days in refrigerator.
Make out and let rise about 2 hours.
Bake at 400\u00b0.
