Cinnamon Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. active dry yeast
    5 1/2 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine
    2 1/4 c. very hot tap water
Preparation
    Mix yeast with 2 cups flour, sugar and salt.
    Add margarine, then tap water.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed (#6 on mixer). Add 1 cup flour.
    Beat on high speed until thick and elastic for about 2 minutes.
    Turn off mixer.
