Bacon Wrapped Scallops In Dijon Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 slices bacon
    1 papaya, peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks
    6 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
    1 lb. sea scallops, halved or quartered
    3/4 c. cream
    1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    1 tsp. finely chopped parsley
Preparation
    Broil bacon until partially cooked, but not crisp.
    Cut in half.
    Thread pieces of papaya, green onion and scallop with bacon, intertwining onto skewers.
    Arrange in broiler pan.
