Cheese Straws - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. sharp cheese
1/2 lb. butter
2 1/2 c. flour
3 Tbsp. cold water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cayenne
Preparation

Let butter and cheese come to room temperature. Grate cheese. Cream together butter and cheese thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients.
Mix until smooth. Form straws on ungreased cookie sheet.
Use cookie press.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
