Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. pecans
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 shredded apple
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in all other ingredients.
Spoon into muffin tins. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 18 minutes.
