Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 qt. strawberries
1 1/2 c. water
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
3/4 c. sugar
1 box strawberry Jell-O

Preparation

Stir together flour, 1 tablespoon sugar and butter; press mixture into a pie pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 minutes. Wash and stem 1 quart strawberries (leave whole); place strawberries, ends up, on pie crust. Boil water, cornstarch and 3/4 cup sugar until clear and thick; turn off and add 1 box strawberry Jell-O. Mix and cool. Pour over berries. Refrigerate 2 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
