Cheese Cake Toppings - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 qt. strawberries
1 small box strawberry Jell-O
2 c. hot water
2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. sugar

Preparation

Dissolve Jell-O in hot water; add sugar.
Bring to boil.
Add cornstarch mixed with a little water; boil 10 minutes.
Let cool, then add strawberries.
