Zesty Italiano - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 5 skinless chicken breasts
1 jar chunky Ragu spaghetti sauce
1 pkg. seashell macaroni
1 pkg. fresh mushrooms
3 fresh zucchini squash
salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
Preparation

Wash and remove fat from chicken breasts.
Pat chicken dry. Wash and pat dry mushrooms and zucchini.
Cut zucchini into cubes. Cut mushrooms into chunks.
Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in casserole dish.
Pour spaghetti sauce on top; cook for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven.
Put zucchini in casserole; mix in with spaghetti sauce.
Cook another 30 minutes. Cook macaroni as directed on package.
Remove from oven.
Serve chicken, spaghetti sauce, mushrooms and zucchini over seashell macaroni.
Serve with garlic bread and green salad.
Serves 4 to 5 people.
