Sausage And Cheddar Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter, at room temperature
3 oz. soft cream cheese
1 c. flour
dash of salt
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
3 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
salt
pepper
Preparation
-
Mix butter, salt, cream cheese and flour together.
Press into a pie plate.
Brown sausage and drain.
Spread over dough in pie plate.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Mix eggs, lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Pour over sausage and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes.
