Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. salt
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. Wesson oil
    2 c. shredded carrots, packed
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients into large bowl twice.
    Make a hole in center and add beaten eggs and oil.
    Mix together well.
    Batter will be thick.
    Then add carrots; mix again well.
    Last, add nuts and vanilla.
    Bake in floured tube pan 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
    Frost with Cream Nut Frosting.
