Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/4 c. oil
    1 onion
    1 1/2 c. water
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 onion
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 tsp. sat
    1 pkg. chili mix
    12 tortilla shells
Preparation
    Simmer in pan for 3 minutes the tomato sauce, 1/4 cup oil and 1 onion.
    Add water, oregano, vinegar, chili powder, sugar and salt.
    Simmer for 15 minutes.
